South actor Dulquer Salmaan has announced that he will be organising a virtual meet with three fans as part of an initiative to raise money to help Chennai fight against coronavirus. On Friday night, Dulquer took to social media to share that he has joined hands with Chennai Task Force (a citizen action group) and the Kindness Project to raise funds for COVID-19 relief.
