Pulwama Terror Attack: Javed Akhtar, Shabani Azmi turn down Karachi Arts Council’s invitation to an event

Bollywood couple Javed Akhtar and Shabana Azmi have refused to attend the two-day long event in Karachi, Pakistan in the wake of the harrowing terror attack that took place in Pulwama, Jammu and Kashmir on Thursday. They were supposed to attend an arts event in Pakistan organised by Karachi Arts Council. The couple has decided to turn down the invitation as a sign of protest against the act of terrorism carried out by Pakistan-based terror outfit Jaish-e-Mohammed.
