Deepika Padukone to play an acid attack survivor in Meghna Gulzar's next

Actress Deepika Padukone, who was last seen in Sanjay Leela  Bhansali's magnum opus Padmaavat, is gearing up for her next project directed by Meghna Gulzar. Interestingly, Deepika will play the role of an acid attack survivor in Gulzar's next directorial venture which the actor will also be producing.
