The box office numbers of the film are on its downward course soon after the first weekend was over. While on Monday, the numbers fell down by 50 %, on Tuesday Batti Gul Meter Chalu maintained a steady pace. On its day 5, Shree Narayan Singh’s social drama raked in Rs 2.91 crore, making the total Rs 29.33 crore.
